**How is the shipping cost determined?**

If you would prefer a custom shipping quote instead of the flat rate, or you are ordering multiple items that could be shipped together - please email us and we will get a custom shipping quote for you as quickly as possible. 

Because we sell a variety of items, all different sizes, shapes, weights, and often fragile... We created a worldwide, flat rate/average shipping price based on research of the logistics market from the South of France. Items are placed in a category based on approximate size and weight. Many large items and chandeliers will need to be crated, on pallets, or other specialised packaging, which is included in this price. The fact is, quality shipping and packaging is expensive, especially on a global level. We do use recycled crating materials whenwe can to be as environmentally friendly as possible.

 

**I live outside of your advertised service area, can I still order?**

If you live outside of our advertised market, email us directly with your address and the items you are interested in. We will evaluate the situation and do the best we can to accommodate working with you to place an order. 

 

**Can you customise an item or order?**

YES! In most cases we can. It will take additional time, of course. If you want an item freshly gilded in gold, rose gold, or silver or even 24k gold leaf, we can give a quote for these options. Also, if you need a special outlet plug for your country or if you would like the glass or crystals dyed a specific colour, this is also offered under "Services". Email us your requests for the specific item for a quote and general time frame to complete custom request.
